DESIGN :
Cooling Towers are in Counter flow design to achieve optimum  performance by Uniform water distribution and optimal heat transfer.
CASING :
It is made of FRP segments and is structurally strong enough to withstand various forces and impact.
BASIN :
FRP type with fittings viz, make up, overflow & drain connection. It is an optional feature.
FAN :
The fan is of Axial Flow type, and is directly driven which saves from the perennial headche of V-belts / Gear drive.  The fan blades are of Cast Aluminium alloy, and it is statically and dynamically balanced.
FAN DRIVE MOTOR :
It is available in T.E.F.C. Weatherproof, IP-55 enclosure, Class 'B'  insulation, suitable for outdoor installation and is from reputed makes.
INSPECTION / ACCESS WINDOW :
It is provided for maintenance and periodical checking of the various  segments of the Cooling Tower, without disturbing the normal working of the Cooling Tower.

FILL
The Cooling Tower Fill shall be of PVC (polyvinyl chloride) of cross-fluted design for optimum heat transfer and efficiency. The cross fluted sheets shall be bonded together and the edges double folded for strength and durability. The PVC fill shall be resistant to rot, decay, or biological attack. The offered fills are suitable for industrial water applications and upto working temperature of 55 deg. C

WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
The spray header and branches shall be constructed of Heavy duty, polyvinyl chloride pipe for corrosion resistance and shall have a steel flange connection to attach the external piping. The piping shall be removable for cleaning purposes. The water shall be distributed over the fill by precision molded ABS / PP spray nozzles with large orifice openings to eliminate clogging.

ELIMINATORS
The eliminators shall be constructed entirely of inert polyvinyl chloride (PVC) in easily handled sections. The eliminator design shall incorporate two changes in air direction to assure complete removal of all entrained moisture from the discharge air stream. Maximum drift rate shall be less than 0.005% of the circulating water rate.
